Gwen Stefani Takes Blake Shelton to Disneyland and Her Childhood Home
Lovebirds at the Happiest Place on Earth! Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton had a fun-filled day at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, on Wednesday, October 12.
The No Doubt frontwoman, 47, made it a family affair, bringing along her three sons — Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2. She and the country superstar, 40, indulged in some cute PDA; for his part, Disney virgin Shelton wore a “1st Visit!” button throughout most of the day.
The “Make Me Like You” songstress documented the outing via Snapchat — posing for Halloween-themed photos with Donald Duck and taking a spin on the Alice in Wonderland ride with Shelton.
Stefani grew up in Anaheim and later showed the “Came Here to Forget” singer her childhood home. “We are actually doing a tour of Anaheim right now, and we’re at my house that I grew up at,” she told fans in a Snapchat video. Shelton chimed in: “It’s incredible!”
The walk down memory lane didn’t end there. She even gave Shelton a tour of the Beacon Street house. She and some of her No Doubt bandmates lived there while they made their second album, The Beacon Street Collection, in 1993.
Stefani and Shelton have been going strong since Us Weekly exclusively confirmed in November 2015 that they were dating. (The fellow Voice coaches got together after their respective divorces from Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert.) Last month, Us revealed that a wedding is imminent.
“They want to get married before the end of the year,” an insider told Us exclusively at the time. “They are both very, very happy. Blake is having the time of his life with Gwen and feels so comfortable around her.”
