Ines Sainz is a Mexican journalist who hosts the Spanish-language sports Interview program DxTips. Likewise, she is also a journalist for Azteca Deportes, Mexico's TV Azteca television network. She also works as an English language hostess for a boxing match.

Ines Sainz was born on , in Mexico City, Mexico, to Juanita Gallo and Alejandro Sainz. Her nationality is Mexican and belongs to the North American ethnicity.

At the age of 14, Ines became a black belt in taekwondo and competed in the National competition. However, her mother had a different professional choice for her, thus, she encouraged her toward professional modeling. On , Sainz was involved in a controversy with the National Football League, New York Jets (NYJ). While waiting for Jets players and coaches in the locker, she became the target of offensive comments. The Jets owner apologized to her personally for that incident.
