Yorkshire Ripper gorges on southern fried chicken feast and TWO birthday cakes The Sun
THE Yorkshire Ripper celebrated his 73rd birthday yesterday by gorging on southern fried chicken.
Peter Sutcliffe and his jail pals scoffed 80 pieces — and he also enjoyed two cakes.

Later he watched the final of Britain’s Got Talent and cheered on Chelsea pensioner Colin Thackery, 89.
The birthday blowout will horrify his victims’ families. Neil Jackson of Leeds, whose mum Emily, 42, was killed in 1976, said: “I wish he would choke on the food. He should not be allowed a party.”
Sutcliffe, who murdered 13 women, also ordered French fries and mushrooms.
But he whined to a pal: “Sunday isn’t a great day for a birthday as all my cards might not have arrived. It will be a good meal, then the BGT final.”
He was cooked the feast at HMP Frankland, Co Durham, by an inmate as he opened about 15 cards.
A source said: “They put in money and ordered the food through the canteen.
"They got permission to cook it in the main kitchen. The jail has to allow occasional treats.”
